*Divorce
*Out-of-state issues
*Worker’s compensation
*General medical malpractice and personal injury
*General consumer bankruptcy issues
*Assistance finding employment, housing, or financial assistance
*Anything against the wishes of the person with the disability
If you are in need of a private attorney, you can contact the Idaho State Bar at (208) 334-4500 for a referral to a private attorney.
Once we have received this information, our administrative staff will review the request and may contact you for additional information. Once all information is provided, then your request will be reviewed to determine whether your issue is within DRI priorities and meets Case Selection Criteria. If your issue does not meet Case Selection Criteria, DRI will provide you with information and referrals to assist in answering your questions. You will either receive a phone call or a letter within seven (7) business days.
