Who is Eligible for DisAbility Rights Idaho Services?

Anyone can call DisAbility Rights Idaho to get information about the rights of people with disabilities. Legal and advocacy services are provided only to people with disabilities for issues related to their disability.

DisAbility Rights Idaho has authority to represent individuals when:

·     The individual has a disability, as defined in our programs;

·     The individual meets the eligibility criteria as defined in our programs;

·     The individual has a problem that has resulted from or is related to the disability; and

·     The individual's problem is within DisAbility Rights Idaho's current objectives and priorities.
